Project Spotlight: Roof Replacement in Vancouver, WA
We love showing the work, so here's a closer look at a recent roof replacement our crew completed in the Vancouver, WA area. It's a good example of how a typical project goes from "I think my roof is getting old" to a finished, weather-tight roof backed by our 5-year transferable warranty.
The starting point
The homeowner reached out after noticing granules in their gutters and a couple of damp spots in the attic — classic signs of a roof near the end of its life. On our free inspection we found aging shingles, worn flashing around the penetrations, and a few areas where moisture had started to reach the underlayment. Nothing catastrophic yet, but well past the point where patching made sense.
The plan
We walked the homeowner through a written, itemized estimate — tear-off, disposal, new underlayment, shingles, flashing, and cleanup — with no vague single-number quotes. We scheduled around a dry stretch in the forecast, which in the Pacific Northwest is half the battle.

Our in-house crew tore off the old roof down to the decking, which let us inspect the wood underneath — we always check, because rotted decking is common once the old roof comes off, and it's something you want caught and approved before it's covered back up. From there we installed fresh underlayment, new shingles, and properly sealed flashing, then did a full magnetic nail sweep of the property so nothing was left behind.
